I bought a fishing reel at a garage sale , all its says on it is xc88, but which company makes this reel?

Also says on the line protecting 14/20 ratio xc88 55 / b dell'ingranaggio of 4.1:1 16/175 to 18/220. Its gray and tape and what looks like a test from 20 pounds on it.
