Should you not exceed the manufactures lb test rating on a fishing reel?
Written by Josh on November 10, 2008 – 6:09 pm -If a coil is estimated to a test by 12 pounds, you should wrap up with no line of proof from the top 12 pounds?

The line diameter of 12 ound if you want to increase strength and still use a line swothch from 12 pounds to a diameter of the braid as the braid excellent sten

That 's correct. In my opinion the match fishing rod format / assessment coil of line / equipment if dell'estremit? for a drilling rig begins optimal. You can tweak your gear gradually until it 's' perfect' for you and the fish you 're pursuit. Fishing happy.

Reccomened just that. It would be just pi? easy if you use a line reccomened. I have a solstice of Shimano and says prove that 4-6 pounds. Always use 8 for the bass and I have never had some problems. It must be the same for all reels you think.

Those numbers are only recommendations. You could always pass a little or just below. If 12lb suggests putting on 15lb would be right. You might even get away with 20lb. Those numbers are only recommendations. Pi? Stay close, however, designed to test the pound, you could throw away your line.

That is a recommendation of suppliers. Please note, however, the heaviest in # test goes, the less will go on line and reel when ya 'go all'accenditore # test results are obviously the opposite ~ more on the line coil (ta' little more difficult; Blast); (…

The coil (unless it 'SA cheap one) shouldn' t have a problem with the line? considerably more? Heavy recommendation. The problem is, as others have said, how would reduce the distance of casting. The thin line interwoven eliminate that problem, but you might have a problem trying to pull a fish with the full strength of a braid from 60 pounds on a reel (and sull'asta) estimated by a line from 12 pounds. For years, one of the most popular reels of salt was the Penn Jigmaster 500. The relevant spec. they said that took some 400 yards from a line of 20 pounds, but I have never seen anyone using the 500 with a line from 20 pounds. Most of us have it filled 30 (250 yards or so?) And sometimes 40, Seriola fishing for tuna and up to 50 pounds or so? - Fish that can really shoot. I have never seen one come to miss.

Those numbers are on your reel capacity of the packing material for different lines of evidence of the pound, not factory assessments or recommendations of proof for pound. You can go much larger or smaller as you like, but will affect the distance and fishability of casting. For example, a baitcaster reel of which lle 150 yards 12 pounds of capacity can be filled with evidence from 20 pounds (about 90 yds on the same roll) and be used to launch into heavy coverage on a line of scarcity without harmful effect on the coil. By spinning the reels, line diameter should be maintained usually at the braid of mono maximum diameter of 12 pounds (or 40 pounds with the same diameter) for optimum performance.

many lines that are on the market today is very hatd to select a line on your reel the mono lines 12lbs is strong in the land of fish to 36 pounds will what if you want to put a stronger top line and going against the recommendations of manafactures then comprerei the braid I was never the u can get a very strong and a very thin diameter the reason for the recommendation by the creator is down to what the line u can get on roll narrow lines

but you can not put on line since then rimbalzerà out. even if you run the distance moving. Ratino that is for online fluorocarbons and the mono however, with the braid that you can go much higher than the actual assessment. as my Coil is estimated for 14 but I braid of the test by 20 pounds and is just thick as a test from 6 pounds mono. I can run so much farther too. but uses a mono or fluoro head of the same or more resistance and ensures that is at least 2 feet in length dell'attaccatura with a uni knot and finally put a mono or some fluoro protection as the coil so that the line interwoven not sleigh. attacks yet the two lines together with a knot
