What kind of lubricant can I use for my spincast fishing reel?

Lubricants: grease, oil, family products. Needed for the bar vibrating on the spinning reel of Okuma Steeler 40.

    The hubby says the oil of sewing machine to use.

    3 oils sewing machine or in-1 enough. Some people swears by lubricating graphite or Teflon, but I 'the VE always used oil.

    Want a lubricant often in order to remain on moving parts. A thin oil Gradica 3 in 1 won 't ago this. Most shops sell the equipment small tubes of "lube" the coil, for a dollar or so. Many suppliers Coil sell stuff, but the brand shouldn 't matter of (I 'm not familiar with the oil of sewing machine, but if it' often viscous oil of SA should be fine.)
