Is the Johnson Century 200BG close-faced fishing reel good?
Written by Josh on November 23, 2008 – 6:26 pm -I have to take 5-8 reels for new guests who come with me to stay at my weekend house in Guntersville, AL (great fishing low, if you 'the VE never been). These reels will complete all the gear that can move, which is often minimal for some of them and that will be used mainly for sea bass but can also be used for a certain kind of fishing lepomide / dell 'abramide. Now, I 'm that examines the century 200BG of Johnson, who has assessed the Cabela right around $ 22 each. Anyone who has ever used this model? What do you think it? Recommendations for another close-addressed reels? I agree with baitcasters that have the best chance for a good fishing tip, but as mentioned, require a moment to learn. Since hours I just 6-8 trips to myself, it is more difficult for me with their fish but not equally Male after the first day (we all love games circular). Those of my friends who generally have their own gear baitcasters, but I need something for the fisherman rare - the deal closed is the go, at least from my experience. Even when it is open to ideas.

Johnson Centurys is good reels. Have used since I was a kid. With the bass though the use of identification of a spincast reel of baitcast can not be strong enough to deal with a large sea bass, Baitcast is a pain to learn, however, takes much practice. For abramide and species lepomide the spincast is impressive. Good fishing to you.

Not beating on annaspa Johnson, but I find the classic Zebco 33 to be the best of the spincast reel ever made. They last forever, have a respectable resistance and line capacity of abundance. Here 'link S.A. a good combination.
