With most of the coils (and it seems equally true on this) that just unscrew the crank, which takes the lives opposite and that attacchila there, replacing the ***** you removed the crank to where it was. Normally when I do not do this that is not too high in labor. Good luck.
The vision Koma is a coil of fly, so you should make the bare flyline and protection from the reel, reel reverse sull'asta accordingly to put the handle on your preferred side and re-coil line. Tight lines!
If your line and protection of the fly is just in good shape then leghila on a stationary object and go for a walk that line as the plays go. When you reach the end, the coil wheel on the left side and rewind. Voila. . you now have a flyreel left.

Using mainly the reels spinning, just unscrew the crank and switched sides. Some reels you could buy the special duty for left-handers.

on some you can change the reel handle from side to side. controls and see if that? the case with your reel

Examine your crank see protection with a unscrew it on extracting the crank and reverses the process on the other hand
